		<description>Well I agree with the article, the csorumens have to demand more local produce. But then again the goverment undermine the farmers with false pretence that they are unable to meet the demands of the public.  It&#039;s a tit for tat ting you know. The goverment is not in the  business  of importing chicken.  The goverment is in the business of  ISSUEING  permits for the importation of chicken.  So it all comes back to the political circle; why are only a choosen few have the monopoly on the importation and distribution of chicken ?? Why the goverment DOES NOT raise the CAP on chicken import and insist permitted distributor and importers buy more local grown chicken to help farmers ??</description>
