Edward Harris is Back in Saint Lucia!
Dear Readers,
 I am back and getting ready to get back to my routine. It has been a while and I am ready to catch up on my commitments. I spoke with The Editor of the Voice and I will be back with Harris at Large column this coming weekend.
In the meantime, St. Lucia is bouncing back. The new week will see some improvements to existing conditions which resulted from Hurricance Tomas. The roads will be opened and access will be available islandwide. Water will continue to be a probem for a while but we have learnt to roll with the punches.
