Suncrest-Winbuild forms strategic alliance in the real estate industry

Suncrest one of St. Lucia's leading Real Estate Full Service Brokerage has join forces with Winbuild Ltd., a subsidiary of the Cimpex Group and has entered into a strategic relationship to offer a comprehensive range of services to the real estate industry.

The relationship was officially launched on Friday, 30th August, 2002 with a promotion in the William Peter Boulevard. As a result of the new relationship all Cimpex outlets will operate a real estate desk where the public could access real estate services. It is significant that the services will be available to the thousands of valued customers currently doing business with the Cimpex outlets islandwide.
The services will include - real estate advice, property sales - rental and management, project development and management, property valuation, maintenance and construction, home and office furniture and appliances sales.

The Suncrest-Winbuild alliance will afford their clients a comprehensive range of services backed by free advice from professionals in various areas of the industry. The one stop arrangement will afford clients property upgrades and refurbishment and offer a unique opportunity to convert an unfurnished property to a furnished property to be put on the rental market at substantial savings. The same applies to clients who purchase property and seek to furnish or upgrade.
Generally, the collaborative effort is expected to broaden the scope of services within the real estate industry and give greater flexibility to persons putting their properties on the market whether for sale or rental.
