RAINFOREST HIDEAWAY RESTAURANT & BAR OPENS IN MARIGOT BAY

The Rainforest Hideaway, a brand new restaurant and bar opened in Marigot Bay on 9th August.  Managed by Jim and Carla Verity, it will become the fine dining option for the Discovery development which opens in late 2005. 

Press Cocktail Party – 28th August

Invitations will shortly be sent out for the Press Cocktail Party on Saturday 28th August and, until the end of September, there will be a 25% discount on dinner for advance reservations.

Elegantly Casual with a Jazz Theme

Showcasing the talent of Chef Jim Verity, the restaurant features fusion food and sushi and the bar offers a wide range of champagnes, fine wines, rums and whiskies as well as cigars.  Sweet jazz mingles with the sound of tree frogs and the ambience is elegantly casual. 

Come Back to the Bay

Marigot used to be the place to where St Lucians would escape for business lunches and romantic dinners and with the opening of the Rainforest Hideaway, the bay once again offers diners a choice of venues and cooking styles from local Caribbean cuisine to sophisticated international menus. 

Ask the ferryman to take you across to the Rainforest Hideaway on the Seahorse dock and you will find it tucked away in the mangroves on the north side of the bay.
