DONALD TRUMP NOW A PLAYER IN THE MLM BUSINESS!
This is a time for creating your own excitement. Take on the challenge to save the world. Dare to be different. I am encouraged by developments in the past week on many fronts. As a perpetual optimist I see opportunities everywhere. I believe that everyone is not broken. I am confident that there are plenty of investors from around the world who are looking for opportunities. This is the time to explore new ways of doing things and to seek out new possibilities.
Last week, I told you how satisfied I was with the outcome of the elections at the AGM of the Guyana – St. Lucia Association. This week I am extremely pleased with the results which emerged at the 20th Annual General Meeting of the St. Lucia Industrial & Small Business Association (SLISBA). Ms. Flavia Cherry was elected President with the task of improving the effectiveness of the Association. Only two members of the previous Board continue to serve. After sixteen years of active involvement in the Association, I have taken a bow and am no longer involved in the day to day affairs of the organization. I will always be a member.
It is said that new broom sweeps clean and I expect to see an enthusiastic, energetic, passionate, progressive and all the other words that will describe a successful Board. A new push for innovation and technology should be the platform to take the Association to the next level. SLISBA has a membership base that can make it possible for its members to participate effectively in the MLM industry. Micro business operators could benefit immensely from participating in an effective MLM business that will provide an additional source of income. If structured properly it could meet the financial needs of the Association.
The world’s biggest businesses have turned to Multi Level Marketing – MLM. Insurance, Travel, Telecommunications, including many other industries such as the Health & Wellness Industry which has recently attracted the famous Entrepreneur – Donald Trump. There are a few important facts about the MLM industry that need to be told. The MLM industry while like any other industry is not for everyone, it is for anyone regardless of race, religion, social class, level of education or financial status who seeks an opportunity to gain financial and time freedom. MLM is about lifestyle. MLM brings to the market some of the most advanced products in many categories. Natural products have a special place in the industry. Donald Trump has turned to MLM at a time when businesses are contracting. Is it because he knows what we don’t?
There must be something about the MLM business that is worthy of investigating. Too often we take other persons words to guide our destiny, forgetting that everyone does not see things the same way. I am always reminded about the two salesmen who were sent to a new market to introduce their brand of shoes. The natives did not wear shoes; one salesman did not feel that there was a need for shoes while to other saw a market filled with opportunities. The MLM industry is filled with Rags to Riches stories and many instances of professionals and persons who are OK financially making it big in the industry.
Do not ignore the guiding principle of proving all things, and the instruction to ask, seek and knock and opportunities will appear. There are thousands of MLM companies around the world. Many go under in the first 2 to 3 years. While it could be said that the opportunities are less with established companies, it is not totally so as many companies are not established in the Caribbean and after several years of operations are still new to the region. Many persons in the region have been associated with the MLM industry in the past, with only limited success gained by a few. The majority is disillusioned and will just not take a second look at the industry. However, it is unfortunate that those who failed did not make an assessment of the reasons for their failure. In many instances their failure was do to the lack of knowledge of the business. They did not go through the training; they did not give themselves an opportunity to become passionate about their opportunity. I must reiterate that the MLM business is not for everyone so you don’t need to be involved in the business to benefit from the usage of the product. You can become a preferred customer and get discounted prices. Many MLM products work and have relieved many illnesses and diseases over time. I have recently been introduced to a product that takes on some of the most prevalent illnesses and diseases head on. There have been many attempts at MLM in St. Lucia. One group continues to operate after many years even after two name changes. A recently introduced group, although one of the most expensive to join has been around for over a year and the success of a few is obvious as you see those little BMWs driving around with the sign “TOLD U SOâ€. Your personal feeling about the MLM business has everything to do with the level of success you will achieve in the business. Reading the information provided by the MLM company is very important; learning the system of duplication is of paramount importance.
I know the MLM business could be successful in today’s world, operating from any part of the world. Thanks to the internet.
