This is a new age; we cannot do things as we did them in the past. We have to keep in step with the times. The internet is a powerful source for information and almost anything you need to know about could be sourced on the internet. The value of the information will vary depending on the subject but at a price special reports could be sourced. Information products are among the top sellers on the internet. It is very important that you use search engines to find out about things that are of concern to you. Before settling down to write this article, I checked on the members of the Cabinet of Trinidad and Tobago. I finally got around to doing a search and found the Cabinet to be reasonably balanced in all aspects. Have an idea – go look it up on the net!
I am interested in Computer Forensics and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) training and am associated with two sources to provide these services. It is projected that the incidents of computer crimes will increase and as a result, I was able to coordinate a training course on behalf of InfoSec Institute of Chicago, USA for the first Certified Computer Forensics Course in the region which was scheduled for St. Lucia but was held in St. Kitts due to the high demand from that State. I will be promoting an interesting certification course on Ethical Hacking shortly. In the meantime, I am working with a source to deliver a training programme and support to owners of websites and webmasters to improve the visibility of websites on the world wide web.
The importance of networking cannot be over emphasized. I spend a lot of time on the internet and I am in touch with sources including Google Alert that send me offers on a daily basis. My social networking involvement has put me in touch with many friends and business associates. Get excited about the internet and be optimistic about the future. What are the trends? The Environment is the way to go, everybody is talking about going green. Clean Energy can give you a real opportunity to ride a new wave. While I was introducing a friend to a source for solar equipment, he got back to me with a source he was looking at. The past two weeks have been very rewarding for me. Many of my readers contacted me to say they were in agreement with some of the points I made in my articles in recent weeks and encouraged me to stay on the optimistic note. I even received a Fax from one of my regular readers who sent me three quotations. I am definitely encouraged by these acts of goodwill. I wish to thank all of my readers who took the time to contact me.
Many persons I come into contact with ask the question why am I so optimistic? Asking me such a question is like asking me why I always wear a smile? I live what write. I am a Biblicist (one who takes the writings of the Bible literally), I exhort my readers to keep the FAITH, I remind them that God is in charge and because God is in charge they can dream big and expect daily MIRACLES. I was optimistic before and there was a boom for three consecutive years with almost two billion USD worth of projects in the construction sector. In spite of the difficult economic times I see a light at the end of the tunnel. This too shall pass. In the meantime do something different – venture into the new world of technology, use the internet to expand your business and make money.

I never live in the present. I live in the future because I know who holds tomorrow. Apart from my belief, I stay in touch with global business trends by subscribing to various internet reports and opportunities which I share with my readers on a regular basis. In the midst of writing this article I received a call from a Real Estate Broker to joint him for dinner. We went to our favourite little restaurant in Gros Islet and as I entered the Owner/Chef – O’Nell Daly greeted me with the words “I am on Facebook and I am getting a lot of new customers.†I felt so happy for this young local businessman who is using the internet to tell the world about his restaurant. I will be at Flavours of the Grill this weekend. It is my favourite liming spot in Gros Islet, formerly Tilly’s 2 x 4, PEPPERPOT is now on the menu.
