During the last quarter of 2007 and for most of 2008, I was involved with launching Corporate Social Responsibility in Saint Lucia and was appointed one of three trainers. I searched my mind long and hard to find a project that will give meaning to my own CSR commitment. I wanted to practice what I preach. I don’t want to only talk the talk but also walk the walk. Finally as I sat down to write my goals for 2009 on New Year’s Eve, I found the answer. My goal this year is to form a Brainstorming Mastermind Group in every town in Saint Lucia and with the power of the internet I hope to reach the rest of the world through the use of Webinars.
