Dear Father Yahweh, we thank you for the opportunity to serve your people through this programme. We pray that during this period that we have done something good. We thank you for sending co-operators our way and for giving the audience a spirit of patience and support, as we gather together to participate in this programme every Sunday. At this time of year, we thank you for sending Yahshua, your only begotten son into this world, and we call upon you to grant your children peace and goodwill, flavoured with love. Bless us all. BREAKING NEWS:
Since last Sunday, a second Vaccine produced by MODERNA was approved and awaiting release by the CDC. We are yet awaiting at least 2 more vaccines which are in the final testing stages.

I wish to thank all my well-wishers for the wonderful birthday greetings that were showered on me last Monday. I truly appreciate it.
COVID 19 Update:
The Pfizer Vaccine is currently being distributed in the USA. Politicians and professionals are volunteering and lining up to make a public show of their support for the efficacy of the Vaccine. Vice President Pence and few other officials were vaccinated in the full view of the media in the past few days.
Around the CARICOM States:
The COVID 19 pandemic continues to wreak havoc and deaths are on the increase in most CARICOM States.
St. Lucia has recorded its fifth death. However, I continue to be impressed with the response by St. Lucians to the wearing of masks. Washing of hands and social distancing are lagging somewhat. Hopefully, the wardens will help to ensure adherence on all counts.
Guyana: A historic ruling by the ICJ – that it has jurisdiction to hear Guyana’s case concerning the validity of the 1899 arbitral award establishing the boundary with Venezuela was delivered. I am hopeful that Venezuela returns to the table and participate fully in all future proceedings.
Barbados: Now accepting Liat Flights, while a final decision from St. Vincent & The Grenadines is awaited.
Grenada: Suspends mass gathering for two weeks as COVID 19 spikes.
Jamaica: Six persons held in Lottery scam, identity theft and fraudulent credit.
Caribbean: Caribbean Public Health Agency to launch COVID 19 Vaccine Awareness Campaign.
ILO Regional Director reports increased unemployment in the region.
Political Update in the U.S.A.:
Not much has changed in the past week with President Trump and his claim to winning the last elections by a lot. There is a new twist where some of President Trump’s advisers are calling for Marshall Law to decide the elections in the 4 states where he feels that the election results could be overturned if new elections are held.
The legislators are still to arrive at a conclusion regarding the 900 billion COVID 19 relief package. President of the Senate – Mitch Mc Connell continues to claim that progress is being made and a bill should be available shortly.
In the meantime, I cannot but be impressed with President Elect – Joe Biden’s approach to establishing the leadership in his administration. I have a feeling that this is the most thought out cabinet/administration ever by an incoming President in the USA. No one is left behind, everyone has a voice. As the year 2020 draws to a close, I am confident about the future of the USA – it is in good hands. We must continue to pray for Yahweh to deliver to the people of the USA, the two Senate seats in Georgia on January 5, 2021 and that President Trump is restrained in his actions so as to prevent any further disruption to the transition.
Finding a way out of our financial dilemma:
I did the best I could in this year that has been like no other in our lifetime. I established Facebook pages and groups, developed and maintained websites, wrote articles and published E-books, produced 33 programmes for Facebook Live, promoted challenges, and a Real Estate crash course. I have done my business this year primarily on the internet. I promoted various programmes and also read extensively in an effort to provide my friends and colleagues with information that can help to source business opportunities, so that they can earn an extra income through a side hustle. Only this week, I subscribed to the Entrepreneur Insider with the hope of gleaning information on businesses that I can share with my audience. I intend to expand my reach in the New Year through weekly newspaper articles and TV commentaries. Harris at Large will be back!
Looking back, I feel that the two projects I am most proud of are 1. The Saint Lucia Real Estate Referral Group where I promoted a Real Estate Crash Course https://www.facebook.com/groups/688324532065871 and 2. The Challenge to read Think & Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill and put the recommendations into practice – www.facebook.com/ksibusiness. A free copy of the e-book is available on the page. Conclusion:
In this season of goodwill when people everywhere join in celebrating the birth of the holy child, it is a time for giving and loving. I truly believe, it is the most wonderful time of the year.
In spite of the suffering and deprivation, we are confident that with the help of Yahweh, we will build back better! In the meantime, let us continue to keep the faith, knowing that Yahweh is in charge and everything will be alright.
